Sacred Sound Bath with Inner-Earth Therapies

SOUND BATH
Sunday 14th December, ’25 @ Craignish Village Hall, Ardfern
3pm – 5pm

Please come and join me for a relaxing Sound experience
which can be beneficial & enjoyable…

Sound vibration promotes relaxation and can improve physical
and mental well-being…by helping us to re-calibrate our bodies
and activating our own natural ability of self-healing…

Sound frequencies influence our brainwave patterns, shifting
us from a stressed state, to a more relaxed meditative place.

Sound balances & harmonizes us and allows old unhealthy
energies to be cleared. Restoring our natural resonance and
bringing us back to a state of harmony…

Please bring a mat to lie on and blankets and cushions to
make yourself as comfortable as possible…

Everyone is welcome, please contact me to ask any questions
and to book your place…

Cost is £30
