Root and Grow, Yoga Day Retreat

Planting seeds of intention for self care & relaxation (as well as planting actual seeds in our seed balls Mindful workshop), share in wholesome food, Community and Yoga.

Your Yoga day Retreat is on Sunday 5th March 10-3.30pm @Craignish Village Hall.

Included in the day workshop will be:
Welcome Tea & snack
90min Flow workshop
 optional 25/45min – Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, BeActivated or Reflexology
Lunch included in price (ALL Vegetarian /Vegan if required*)
Mindful workshop
90min Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra relaxation workshop
Cakes goodie bag

Cost:
Early bird investment options made before Christmas: £55 no treatment / £70 25min treatment / £85 45min treatment

Full price investment options made after Christmas: £60 no treatment / £75 25min treatment / £90 45min treatment

Our new costs reflect the planning & prep time that goes into each retreat, and the cost of a new venue with extra Treatment rooms. However we do not want to alienate anyone with the price hike and we may be able to be flexible on the investment in the day and welcome any queries around this.
