Gather together to welcome in the New year and Renew Body & Spirit with good, wholesome food, Community, Yoga and clear intentions. Your Yoga day Retreat is on SATURDAY 6th January 10-3.30pm @Craignish Village Hall.

Included in the day workshop will be:

90min Flow workshop
 optional 25/45min – Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, BeActivated or Reflexology
Lunch included in price (ALL vegetarian, with vegan options*)
Mindful workshop
90min Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra relaxation workshop

Cost:
Early bird investment options made before Christmas: £55 no treatment / £75 25min treatment / £90 45min treatment

Full price investment options made after Christmas: £60 no treatment / £80 25min treatment / £95 45min treatment

Our costs reflect the planning & prep time that goes into each retreat, alongside the cost of the venue. However we do not want to alienate anyone with the price and we may be able to be flexible on the investment in the day and welcome any queries around this.
