We have three halls, a treatment room and a commercial standard kitchen available for hire.
Hall 1 costs £20/hour
Hall 2 costs £15/hour
Hall 3 costs £15/hour
Treatment room is £10/hour
Included in your hire:
- General access to the kitchen by small groups to make drinks such as tea/coffee and wash up, unless we specify otherwise (ie if the kitchen is booked by another hirer).
- Use of a basic level of technology can be arraged, e.g. pre-set lighting, amp and speaker to plug in an ipod/laptop in hall 1.
Not included in your hire:
Cleaning and tidying of the areas used. Hirers must clean up after their booking and leave the spaces ready for the next hall user. Cleaning by us can be booked and paid for in advance.
If more extensive food preparation and catering is required, the kitchen is available at 2 levels depending on your use of the kitchen:
Level 1 £10/hour On top of hall hire when simple food prep including use of crockery/glasses and use of equipment
such as dishwasher/oven/microwave
Level 2 £15/hour Commercial hire/high volume catering
Entertainment Packages – no extra discounts:
Children’s parties – use of Hall 1 and kitchen for the afternoon 12-5pm. £50
Friday Night Party Package Full use of Halls 1 and 2 and kitchen from 12 noon on Friday until 12 noon the following day*. £200
Hall 3 Party Package Booking from noon ’til noon max 60 people* £80
Large events such as parties, concerts, performances must book Halls 1&2 together. The cost is £30/h and includes basic kitchen use to prepare drinks and small snacks. If more extensive catering is required, the kitchen will need to be booked at the appropriate level as well. Also included is basic level of technology eg preset lighting (in Hall 1), amp and speaker to plug in an ipad/mobile/laptop.
* Noon ’til Noon is to allow time for the hirer to se up on the day and clear up the next morning; for the sake of our neighbours you cannot party all night. Music and noise MUST finish by 1am!
Hall Hire Discounts:
- Block Booking discount (booking four or more sessions): 10%
- Local resident/business discount (for people/business based on Craignish peninsular): 10%
