Lisa teaches Hatha Flow Yoga, this means you can expect to flow between postures in time with your breath, designed to build focus on both strength and flexibility. The class starts at 6.30pm and runs for 75 minutes until 7.45pm. You are more than welcome to arrive any time after 6.10pm. This is recommended if you’ve not practiced with Lisa before or have any injuries to discuss.
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in.
Classes are £8 per session, or £30 for a block of 4 consecutive classes.
